基于热化学试验的600MW 亚临界机组汽轮机积盐分析

oK(OR-S$U0[摘要] 高参数大容量机组出于防止汽轮机积盐的考虑对蒸汽品质的要求更为严格,控制标准更为苛刻。但在本文所考察的数台600MW 机组中却依然存在汽轮机积盐现象,影响到机组的经济运行也构成了安全隐患。对此,本文在规范和优化试验方法和试验项目的基础上,对数台同型号机组进行了热化学试验研究,探讨了炉水平衡磷酸盐处理工况(EPT)和机组运行参数对蒸汽品质的影响,考察了汽包结构对蒸汽品质的影响。从而优化了炉水的磷酸盐平衡点浓度和pH 值等水质调控标准,明确了机组运行参数对蒸汽品质的影响规律,也发现了汽包结构中存在的影响蒸汽品质的新问题。最后提出了高参数机组汽轮机积盐预防措施电厂化学网uFls2_

M^\ A8T[0    汽轮机积盐作为影响机组安全经济运行的重要因素之一,一直是业内关注的重点问题[1]。近年来,随着高参数大容量机组的不断投入运行,汽轮机积盐问题带来的危害越来越显著[2][3],已经成为研究的热点。600MW 亚临界机组作为国内主力发电机组,已有数台在大修期间发现了严重的汽轮机积盐现象,这是造成机组出力和热效率下降的主要原因[4][5]。电厂化学网+l%a8A6J*KQk
